Kevin M. Baucom, a native of Santa Anna, Texas brought up in Galveston County, is a seasoned legal practitioner with 30 years of experience. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration with specializations in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University in 1988. After receiving his undergraduate degree and subsequently serving as an internal auditor for a multinational hospitality company, Kevin turned his focus towards the field of law, earning his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993.

Kevin is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts, the United  States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas,  and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a respected member of the Texas State Bar Association and is certified in Workers’ Compensation by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Kevin's practice is primarily focused on the management and resolution of complex and intricate civil disputes. He has extensive professional experience that encompasses a broad array of cases, ranging from construction litigation to premises liability, automobile/trucking accidents to insurance defense,  employment matters to product liability. Kevin has defended clients as legal counsel in both state and federal courts across Texas, actively appearing and participating in hearings, jury, and bench trials.

Kevin is deeply devoted to his family and finds time outside of the courtroom to pursue his passions for live music, travel, and photography.
